Parent Seminars Registration Form

We'll try to make this registration process as easy as possible for you. Our goal is to make this a learning experience for you, not just to meet the requirements of the court. Make sure that you have the following basic infomation available to you before you begin the actual registration process below: (1) The Course in which your order was mandated or, if you are attending voluntarily, the Course in which you wish to attend, (2) Your basic profile info including a name, address, phone and email that are best to reach you and. finally, (3) A form of payment. You may pay using Paypal, Credit/Debit card or, under some circustances, be granted a scholarship or waiver. Selecting Paypal when paying gives you the option to pay via Paypal or use your credit/debit card. There is another form that deals with your race, gender, education and ethnic background and that is court required. If you are successful with registration, this includes payment, you will then receive an email with your personal username and password. Your username and password can then be used to access and view the seminars available on this websire.
At the completion of the seminars you will receive a certificate. Present this certificate to the court.
